Introducing Chi-Fit

Chi-Fit is a carefully selected set of therapeutic movements designed to balance intensity with recovery, helping you deliver a more complete and intelligent approach to fitness training.

Rooted in the Five Energies of Traditional Chinese Medicine and developed from over 20 years of clinical experience, it gives you a practical, easy-to-teach system that fits seamlessly into what you already do.

The system is an active and flowing practice that aims to engage the whole body through continuous use of the body during the postures.

This is the active variation of the main five element postures of the Ba Duan Jin Qigong system.

The core of the practise is built around the five elements.

Its great for everyone to help improve mobility and ease of physical movements.

Many students find the active component easier to pracise than some of the more static practises.

It can be preactised deated.

A great variation to add to your existing Ba Duan Jin that can freshen up a class and add something different form time to time.

This course is available as 1:1 tuition for Instructors who have already completed the foundation Ba Duan Jin Course Units 1-3. The Five 'Active' Chi-Fit Movements are a great addition to offer your students and expand the health and wellbeing experience of your sessions.

    The monthly payment is £120. This includes a monthly 70 minute tutor session and session video provided for home practise. The advised duration would be 4-6 months depending on skills set and dedicated study.

  • Course Assessment

    The final practical assessment and completion session can be arrange once the required level of practical knowledge has been reached.
